Welcome to the Norton Academy

When you start, you will start a comprehensive induction program and begin your learning journey. This gives an overview of the specialist insurance industry as well as us here at Norton. You’ll also have access to our full e-learning suite and learning hub giving you all the tools you need to succeed.

For our Sales and Customer Service team, you will then start our Norton Academy programme which is tailored to your specific role – this will include mentoring, workshops, 121’s and feedback sessions.

Your induction and academy programme are just the beginning of your learning with us. Every day, you’ll learn from your manager and your colleagues.

You may also have the opportunity to gain a Cert CII Level 3 Insurance practitioner qualification, or a professional qualification aligned to your role.

We are always looking for new ways to motivate, engage and develop our people. My expertise is in designing and delivering effective learning solutions that help not only with bringing new staff on board, but promote ongoing learning through the business.

Since joined the company in 2017, I’ve established a Learning & Development function within Norton to align with our business strategy and to inspire colleagues to reach their full potential.
